AVAILABLE POSITIONS
INSTALLERS
Whether you’re on a local job or traveling across the country, our installers see high commissions and are entrusted with a high level of responsibility. We need experienced leads and energetic apprentices to learn our trade. We have a mix of local and national jobs at any given time. When traveling, projects typically consist of 7 day average trips followed by a few days off. With daily per diem, your room and board is covered. You'll need problem solving skills, a strong work ethic, and a sense of adventure.
PROJECT MANAGERS
As a project manager at Coulter & Company you will be empowered to manage projects from start to finish across 38 states. Estimating, scheduling, CAD drawing, purchasing, budgeting, selling and problem solving will be daily tasks. It takes dedication and perseverance to simultaneously manage 30-50 projects throughout different stages of completion around the country. If you have a Bachelor’s degree or experience in glazing and you think you have what it takes, please apply.
FABRICATORS
You know your way around a glass shop. Flush glaze, curtain wall, doors and hardware are not a problem. Get ready to put your skills to the test - if it's not right, it doesn't leave our shop. Fabrication is the backbone of our company and our biggest strength. We strive for perfection and often achieve it in our fab shop. A little problem here turns into a problem of epic proportions 1,000+ miles from our shop. This an experienced steadfast team.
LOGISTICS
You're not afraid of hard work and are ready for a company who can appreciate it. Logistics is critically important for us. You can't buy what we need at the local hardware or big box store. If it's forgotten, we've got a big problem. Combine 300 new jobs a year with 2-3 trips to each location, and over 38 states - you have a logistical nightmare. Fortunately we have the systems in place to keep things straight. Logistics also keeps our fleet alive and well.
